What Access does
Check in
A few answers keep the plan current: weight and body, food and medicines, health and behaviour, activity and routine, home, your goals and budget, the tests and products you are weighing, and vet visits and records. Saying nothing changed counts.
Say how the steps are going
For each planned step: on track, some days, not doing it or not started, and what got in the way. The next Paw Print shows what you reported, marked as yours and kept apart from measured readings and records.
Refresh the Paw Print
When something changes, update your dog's details and refresh. Your dog's Paw Print is made again with what changed. There is no limit on refreshes, and nothing refreshes until you press it.
The research behind each step
Each step shows what stands behind it: what the research means for your dog, the source, when it was published and when it was read.
What moves the score, and what moves only the plan
The biological age moves only when the evidence behind it changes, and the refreshed Paw Print says why it moved. The plan can change without the score: a new food, a stopped supplement, your vet's advice or a new goal can change the steps, the watchlist or the care route while the number holds.
Stable can be good. We don't move the score just to keep things interesting. A check-in that finds nothing new keeps the plan as it is, and holding steady is a win.
No schedule to wait for. Refresh whenever something changes; there is no quarterly slot and no credit to spend. If only our method changes, not anything about your dog, a reassessment under the updated method is offered through Access and is not charged.
Advanced options and the watchlist
A test that is not needed today can become worth discussing when age, labs, symptoms or records change.
Your PDF and dashboard
Your dashboard shows your dog's newest Paw Print, with its PDF to download and share with your vet.
Monthly or annual
Billed each month. Monthly Access starts after your dog's first Paw Print.
One payment covers a year of Access and makes your dog's first Paw Print when you are ready. The included Paw Print is your dog's first, once per dog: a dog that already has a Paw Print gets a year of Access without a second one, and renewing or rejoining never adds another.
Access is per dog: each dog has its own. The app shows each plan's price before you pay, and Stripe's checkout shows it again.
How to start
New to Cogua
Start your dog's Paw Print in the app. At checkout you can buy the Paw Print on its own for $149, or start annual Access with your dog's first Paw Print included.
Start your dog's Paw PrintAlready have a Paw Print
Sign in and open your dog's Paw Print. Access sits under the report, with both plans.
Sign inBilling and cancelling
Stripe handles payments. In the app, Manage billing opens your own Stripe billing page, where you can update your card or turn off renewal. When renewal is off, Access stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then ends, and you can turn renewal back on before then. The app shows when your dog's Access renews or ends.
Ending Access does not delete your dog's Paw Prints or records. They stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
Cogua does not examine your dog or prescribe, and it is not emergency care: if you think your dog needs urgent help, call your vet or an emergency clinic now.
Dogs change. Their plan should too.
