Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

The short version: You upload your dog's vet records so we can generate a report. We use that data only to produce your report. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to run the service (payment processing, secure analysis). You can request deletion at any time.

Who we are

Cogua Inc ("Cogua," "we," "our") operates cogua.pet, a canine biological age scoring platform. We're based in Texas. Questions: privacy@cogua.pet

What we collect

When you use Cogua, we collect:

How we use your data

How your records are processed

Your uploaded records are processed through our secure analysis platform using third-party infrastructure operating under strict data handling agreements. We send only the information necessary to generate your report. Your records are not used for any purpose other than generating your Paw Print Report and are not shared with or retained by any processing partner beyond what is needed to complete your analysis.

Records you upload are stored temporarily during the analysis session. If you have an active subscription, records are retained to enable re-scoring as new data is added. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@cogua.pet.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your dog's health data with pet food companies, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, or any other third party for commercial purposes.

Data retention

One-time report purchasers: your data is retained for 90 days after report generation, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

Subscribers: your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

Email addresses from waitlists: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
