Cogua is a decision-support tool. The Paw Print Report and all associated content are for informational purposes only. Cogua does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Nothing in your Paw Print Report or Cogua's platform constitutes professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before making changes to your dog's diet, medication, supplements, or care routine. Cogua is a complement to veterinary care, not a replacement for it.
Cogua provides:
Report generation depends on the quality and completeness of information provided. Results may vary. Cogua does not guarantee any specific outcome or improvement in your dog's biological age score.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. By uploading vet records and dog health information, you represent that you are the owner or authorized caretaker of the dog and have the right to share this information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Cogua does not store credit card numbers.
The $149 Paw Print Report is a one-time charge. No subscription is required.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
Pre-paid 6-month subscriptions include one free Paw Print Report. If cancelled before 6 months, the report value ($149) will be deducted from any refund.

The Cogua platform, reports, and all associated content are owned by Cogua Inc. Your Paw Print Report is licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content without permission.
Cogua is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis. Cogua is not liable for any veterinary costs, health outcomes, or other damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogua's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. Material changes to pricing or functionality will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
